Taking care of your teeth and mouth is more than doing fillings, crowns and root canals. Dentistry is all about prevention. Dr. Fryer wants to see his patients at regular intervals for cleanings and exams. These appointments may be done at 3, 4, or 6 month intervals based on your needs. They will allow us, along with your help, to keep your gums and teeth, which are the foundations of your mouth, clean and healthy.

What can you expect at your cleaning? You will be seen by one of our wonderful hygienists, either Sandy or Tammy. They will update your medical history, take radiographs if needed, check the status of your gum health and perform an oral cancer screening. They will then clean and polish your teeth removing plaque and tartar that has built up. If you may need some help in certain areas, our job is to give you the instructions and tools to do a better job at home so that we may prevent further dental problems for you in the future. After the cleaning is finished, Dr. Fryer will come in for an exam. He will take a look at your radiographs and mouth to determine if there may be any problems with  your teeth. If there are, he will put together a treatment plan so that we may get you back to health. Due to our same day dentistry, many times we can get you back for one appointment to complete your treatment plan.

With regular cleanings and exams, and proper home care, we can keep your mouth clean and healthy and detect any small problems before they become a bigger problem.

Working together we can keep your mouth healthy!
